So what is not true , that they had more then one different primary endpoint ..??

What is not true..??

If you have only mechanical ventilation free as an endpoint, then someone dying is technically mechanical ventilation free. Dying is obviously bad but it would be counted as mech free. So a patient needs to be mech free and alive.

So the easiest way to understand it is this way:
1. If a patient is both mech free and alive, that is a good result
2. If a patient is either still mech vent or dead, that is a bad result
