There is no reference in my post that RELI back out of the September LOI, which the company put in writing that it would close by FYE.

But what's being overlooked by the company is there is a ethical and more importantly a FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY for the company to inform their shareholders about the status of numerous LOI's sitting in LOI VAPORWARE!

Don't you find it odd that none of the RE LOI's were followed up on and the September 9th Insurance LOI is still sitting in VAPOR LOI LAND?
