I didn't realized that from the beginning they put more then one primary endpoint , how convenient..

It is one endpoint. They say mech free and mortality because someone who dies is mech free technically. So all mech free endpoints will include mortality.

I just noticed that you also excluded from the study anyone >85 ,

and since all patients with other infections were excluded ,
all patients , this included ..

-- tuberculosis , disease or exposure
--HIV,
--Hepatitis A ,B, C

All these patients were excluded as per the protocol...

Why would a trial include people with major health problems? Someone 85 might die no matter how great lenz is. That would skew data.
