I think buyout talk is very premature and if I’m not mistaken (and I often am) any REASONABLE offer to buy an asset, or the entire company, has to be submitted to the shareholders for a vote. That type of submission would obviously come with a boiler plate comment that your________ (title) recommends a yes/no vote to this offer.
