Someone needs to question this man during the Q&A session, as to the validity of the claim "Creation of two independent companies with 1606 spin-off, including a 1-for-1 dividend share issuance for all shareholders"......
This has supposedly become "effective", since the date of the RS.
The question needs to include that there's no "wiggling out" of the situation with "Yeah, heh, I'm working on that guys"......

The law becomes effective at midnight.

Was the RS effective? I think so. My pocket reflects this.....
Was the spin off effective? I don't think so. My pocket reflects this.....
