If the FBI knows where the shares were deposited, and if it’s in US and/or its territories, then they can cancel the shares (doubtful), but IMO a portion of the shares is with his brothers since they’re who he was issuing shares to in exchange for bogus debt, hence it becomes difficult.

The SH’s rarely get any relief from these types of cases, but federal charges, and possible imprisonment for a known crook and his cohorts, and making him pay a hefty fine, and barring them from ever getting involved in a public company is a great start.

The Svorai name will forever be synonymous with criminality.
