support /softwaresubscription could be paid monthly, quarterly, annually per some older vcsy quarterlys, wags, as i remember. now add the canadian irs...and maybe the usa irs? but i'd make them pay monthly to ease the hit of the bill. those longer pay periods are not in keeping with a companies needs.....
