Does anyone have an explanation why such positive event (merger: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CYIO/news/CYIOS-Corp-to-Acquire-Helio-Lending?id=295343) results in 70% collapse of a stock price? I would expect a 70% collapse if merger did not happen. Just curious here what others think. Price rose on expected merger and the merger did happen. Whats the negative surprise here?
