So here's what I'm reading from that:

1) The external consultant is done reviewing. They wouldn't say "we will decide that timing today" if there was anything holding it up.

2) They mention actual transactions. Does that mean debt being paid off by the controlling shareholder? Does that mean they are buying a company to get some good revenues in here?

I think both points are positive.
