Nope, just the same pump and dump schemes that his mentor Lord Admiral Tom Scamlucci taught him. It's funny actually. Almost a mirror image of all the crap Tommy Boy pulled - *big* names on the board, the usual "who would ever risk their reputation for this? It can't be a scam!". The "ITAR certification" being absolute bullsh*t, they fall under EAR99 regulations. The "they're building a manufacturing plant!" when in reality DPLS is *supposedly* subleasing some floor space from a small electronics manufacturer. Shit, some people are talking about how Dennis likely stole software code from a University to make the DarkPulse EREBUS system function. The "Dennis went to MIT" story, LMFAO!
