Outcome of one person is meaningless. If they get better cool if not darn. There's absolutely zero way anyone with a scientific mind will look at it as any sort of hint of evidence. Sample size of one is not even worth looking at. So this idea that if the person in Philippines responds will open the flood gates is ridiculous. Maybe they will trickle in a couple more, but the amount of time it seems for them to get just one person the drug will stretch that trickle over a decade. Seriously, there is simply nothing to interpret from a sample size of one, the thought that there is is ridiculous at best.
