I can tell you EXACTLY what is going on. I have had all of my retirement savings tied up in NWBO for 6 years.. in 2018, when NWBO shares were going for $0.20, they came out with a blinded interim analysis paper that revealed amazing efficacy for their product. This paper was co-signed by 65 brain surgeons. Anyway, up until then we were trading roughly 0.5-1.0 million shares a day... the day of the paper we traded over 20 million shares... and the stock went up 6 cents... completely manipulated and held down just like RLFTF today... my guess is that there is a ton of short shares in this stock with many betting against it. Well, they guessed wrong and the MM's are helping their friends cover without too much damage... totally what I believe..
