what does that have to do wih anything? If someone wanted to use the info for shorting they just need to know what brokerages have shares and how large is the float that will hold long. Plus as I stated he faxes have 0.00 value w/o the name on them - those faxes do nothing for anyone as far as ajoining them into a group of shares to take control - they would need to have some sort of contract signing over voting rights to the control group, they had no use whatsoever except for the implied threat of making a control goup - Hey JD look at all these shares we can get to vote against you, and JD would have had given them shares count and access to ledger to uncover short positions inside certain brokerages, but we know JD never let them into the share ledger, I simply do not see what you are attacking over? It looks like u r part of the group that cant deal wih anything you dont see a postiive , factual or not, and therefor must attack me, a long, as some sort of bashing short becuase you cant deal with the way I post.... get over it please.....
