Then would it not be in the companies interest to buy up those shares, protecting share price?...
Or are they in the position to buy up those outstanding shares.
It seems looking from the outside, share price could be crushed when massive amounts of stock are being dumped, I`m not bringing this up to creat panic or anything like that, just asking trying to understand the picture here.
