Nah. Somewhere in the ballpark of 1.5bil new common shares, 1.2 or so of them posted to otcmarkets march 9, the rest back on aug31 (right around when the JV agreement was "signed".)

The timing suggests the shares have gone to RSAMMD to affect the joint venture following the "signing" and then the bulk of shares following the building and testing of the extraction facility. Has there been a pivot to RSAMMD buying TXTM outright, as duPlooy's tweet suggested? No idea. Again; I'm just a shareholder not an advisor or expert.

This post is for any newbies stopping by. I believe the delay is with the otcmarkets and likely over wed. Any educated thoughts anyone? Nope? Just the usual catatonia? Ok.
