That's true that they're in control. But I just don't, to your point, think they care about current shareholders. They know that most are small penny players (albeit with inflated senses of self-importance) who have no patience or discipline, and as such will be out soon enough.

I believe they'll make quick efforts to list on the TSX as soon as whatever merger they have in mind occurs. That will presumably give them access to much more capital than in the murky swamp.
