remember the 744 challenge in uspto changed some important parts....therefore, it's not the same patent coming out...msft's license would therefore be different then samsung, lg, interwoven's.....wags. been ruminating on that since the sammie/lg /interwoven settlements....but now the new management guys got to look and discuss among themselves....wags.
and potential effect of a secret govt deal would have effected the quarterlies resulting in the comments of the resigning accountants...wags.
