Why ?? 1 ) This makes her A-Cent Aviation much, much, more credible to the outside (esp. media) world. ... Not nice to have your company's stock delisted ---bad, bad, PR. ---What might that say of her instructors ??

2 ) Too many big wigs Have too too many shares. Joe Canouse. Vigil, AND FRIENDS.

But It's gonna cost money ... much more now. 1) Form 10 (or S1) ~ 15K. 2) My guess is about $6,000.00+ per year for filings brought up to date. You can do the painful math here. 3 ) Off The Grey (expert?) Market ... IDK. But I've heard It's L-O-T-S Of Mullah.

And Vigil needs every penny for the planes. BUT, Vigil must bring GYOG up to be credible with A-Cent Aviation.

My point ?? 1 ) All the above. 2 ) If possible, picking up some .0001s & .0002s might not be a bad idea as this could go right back up to .018 with all the reinstatement, & excitement over filings.
