Wow...you sure brought up memories of the past, I think we settled for $600k back then but I still believe they made product after reorganizing. People here freaked that their share price sky rocket but failed to understand that their OS ended up being around 4.5 million shares if I recall.

I don't know but I tend ti believe that most of us feel that our technology went right out the door many times to suit certain people years ago yet we as retail shareholder never benefited very much. We do have George to thank for taking NEO to court but he may now feel that a case of Preparation_H just isn't enough anymore.

Mind you when you look back at all our history it is clear that Barnhill pumped this (hindsight) but how in the world is it that all the patent workings from 1990's and developments to all those patents start of the art and no doubt hard to understand be pushed aside with no corporations ever really biting on them.

The list of the corporations the massive professionals that we seen come and go is a disgrace....OK so it is spilled milk and has turned into Limburger cheese.

Patentability? is this the prime-o reason no big deals were ever made or were we so far ahead in our technology by the time it was prime we had become more and more of a laughing joke beside having no real money. Yet Quirk basically spotted $1 million but he also costed us dearly and my skin crawls when I think of that fiasco of events.

You know it is everyone for themselves as non of them ever worked together as if they all had planned this 3 ring circus as times. Look a 10-K filing without being certified...just unreal and is HDC trying to get all those investors on exhibit B ?issed off to file so that HDC can easily bail? I honestly see George resigning so does Vennwest make a movie of our interesting history or does Quirk finally get his wish and glory to finally show George the door.

I do not want Quirk anywhere near HDC.

So I vote MBMoney to fill the CEO position and we need Alan and perhaps you to fill various positions.

At any rate nice to see some good conversations again.
