UAMA- What to expect when filings out!

Excuses for one! UAMA will blame pandemic, when in fact crypto-mining and wireless have grown substantially during last year, though maybe not for UAMA et al with their land-use problems, old processors and a failed wireless strategy.

If they couldn't make really great progress in the past year and a half, there is absolutely no reason to believe that the future will yield better results.

Expect grandiose vision with few specifics. Lot's of fluff and puffery but very short on specifics.

Claims like:

"Huge cryptocurrency mining campus to change climate in southern Quebec. Recovered heat from Blockdomes will make tropical crops a reality"

"TNW Wireless Inc. to redefine and remodel wireless industry. TNW to become largest carrier in Canada"

Good reason for this approach as management incompetent. Collectively they have not built a business of lasting value.

Benoit Laliberte has proven he can't attract serious talent as it is clear he's no leader and few people will follow a loser!

Expect latest filings unaudited as usual and with same person (Benoit Laliberte) as President, CEO and CFO you'd be safe to question validity of numbers.

Reports and financials may be comforting to some, though considering the source don't expect much more than a fleeting increase in market cap followed by a quick collapse. Or have the MMs already pumped it to max and is collapse the next step?
