The only reason Halo has any cash is due to the two overnight offerings. DILUTION.
Halo just financed half a ranch. THAT'S DEBT.
Mendo is a long way from paying for itself.
Bophelo just made their first dollar. Probably millions were spent there.
Halo's not earning nearly as much as their CEO is expending.
The CEO doesn't seem to give a flying F about shareholder value. In every interview he seems apathetic about what the people funding his bonuses are feeling.
