That’s a possibility but certainly not what happened with other OTT services. No one came out of the gates with super slick UI. OTT drives on content, period. If Dave Chappelle showed up on SEGI as is, tens of millions of people would come to see it. There is brand recognition going on right now. As the UI and content is updated and improved people will come and people will come back because peer marketing is the strongest, most effective marketing. For those who are patient, provided Ed follows through with everything, will be rewarded in a once in a lifetime way. Now, if Ed doesn’t follow through, this will tank. However, Ed is including some big time names with Ganassi, the securities attorney and PR woman. One could surmise that he will not let any of them down.
