And again there is no value of exchange which in fact has to be part of an contract, merger or acquisition. So, I believe the fact that the CEO said to benefit all stockholders was acceptable to the judge and at the same time protect the creditors. And if my prediction is correct they told the judge that the stockholders would get the same total amount at the very least and that's equal to about .008 a share. Love to wrong hopefully there is a bigger surprise coming. There is a least a 51% chance there will be an Enersys factor could play into this. IMHO
