kim needs to put out a pr prior to market opening on Mon that clearly states that the offering, r/s and up list have been terminated, put on hold or temporarily suspended until such time as company and market conditions improve to a point where they become a more viable option...

That's what I'm hoping for and the reason this was released after hours Friday. A properly worded/stated PR stating the RS/Uplist is on hold until the company is on firmer ground will double the share price over night.

Even though it points to that he needs to come out and say it to get the effect, else it's still hanging there.

I'm hoping for once he cares about the share price rising.
