I could be wrong but I believe Filings are due in mid April

I'm invested in about 10 scammy OTC stocks and this feels the least scammy of all of them because I'm reasonably certain there is someone alive at the wheel of RITE and he has a decent Resume behind him, of managing real companies.

That said I just made $5,000 off a $600 investment in a company who turned out to be a dead shell company headquartered in a rented, beat down garage in a ghetto so you never know. Sometimes a fresh, viable Shell is a desirable asset to a big corporation and they buy out these Micro Caps just as a tax shelter. Which = $$$ for us.
