well, i wouldn't care if it went there too ....

but think of this ... it had 10 + years to act as a shell for someone ... and yet it never made it there ... and now sec rules have made shells much more difficult to use ...

so good luck with this becoming a shell ... especially with a caveat emptor listing and no filings for 12 years
