Ha... share reduction is one thing, AS reduction is a non material event, it does nothing especially when it can be changed at will.

Problem here is there are zero revenue streams with this company, no assets ($1704), no holdings, no operations, no employees other than Pedro... just LOIs/PRs of an expired patent, land development ideas as they don’t own it and over $26 million in debt.
