My outside the inner SNPW circle, Public info DD on The UL Cert story has me thinking that:

1) The cert tests on one type were for LED/Solar/Battery Lighting standards. In which case the early prototypes may have had battery/charger electronics/power switching/Mode hardware, i.e. Non SNPW part of the entire package, failure that has delayed things on UL Cert. The panels would not have been the failure cause. The panels have no moving parts.

2) Mechanical Wind tests (#2) may have started later, for say Roof or solar Farms, but that makes no sense to me why he would, unless it was because of the pandemic delays in Durango, and short on Funds at the time.

Indeed:
