I agree with that. I think I read somewhere that he stepped in as CEO right now because there was no one else on the team that had any kind of experience. What I take from looking at all their backgrounds, SALES SALES SALES. lol When they start growing and getting bigger with all the different markets they are planning on opening, then someone with an actual CEO background could step in and Alois can get back in his comfort zone, sales manager or something similar.
