The issue is that no explanation has been offered regarding why NVSOS is still a problem. The original name change filing was clear back in mid August, 2020. The officers of record were updated on December 3rd. That was 4 months ago. So why are they still fighting with NVSOS? It would seem that NVSOS feels there's issues with the shell and no one wants to talk about why. This is kinda important given that it's crippling the company.
