Would rather seen a share buyback. When I got into this we were at 400m AS.

the last year when we floated between .0005-.001 would have been the time to do it. They could have done it quietly and no one would have noticed.
That would have helped

also we are maxed out on OS, so even if an R/S we still are completely maxed out on AS and OS, I think people would be turned off, thinking UATG would plan to re-increase the AS.


I think a mistake/error trying to work the UCIX deal and working with Lotito, just delayed things even more.
