To add: I've been doing sales for about 24 years now. Retail, resale and eCom.

I definitely see big pictures. Here some dents:

(1) The company went dark on it's Facebook page a couple years ago. Big question marks on that alone. It would cost hourly labor $30/week to maintain. Now I can't find it at all. Public presence is really needed. From the home page: "In the last three years alone, we’ve completed over 200 commercial scale cultivation projects from design to commissioning". Some of this (if it's real) needs to be posted up to Facebook, and other social media / investor-friendly resources. People NEED to see what is happening.

(2) Emphasis on trade shows, but where the hell is "Meet our sales team" on the home page, or anyone else? Where's the warm presence?

(3) Alan Brochstein (who is kind of a douche himself for ridiculing his subscribers, and for pushing TRTC, [but that's another story]) dumped Surna from his 420Investor Focus List, some time ago. That doesn't look good either.

(4) If I read it right, up to 1:150 R/S. Outrageous, and screams pumpy stock. I know buyer psychology, and TRTC's bullsh1t similar move left a very large amount of people traumatized for R/S. Not to mention this is OTC and a sector/industry where 1 in 2 companies is scumbag-run. People will run like rabbits from that ratio.

(5) Their Glassdoor reviews kind of suck. I'm assuming there's at least a 50% truth to what is written. How easy can it possibly be to keep teams of builders happy? Allow the smartest & most ambitious to design some things, and give a stake (or a bigger one) in the company, instead of letting them escape to a competitor (or even someday become a competitor).

I've been a BIG cheerleader for this company for awhile. I even push it on r/Wallstreetbets, even though it gets drowned out by GME. I'm not a hater. But every year is supposed to be "The year". If it doesn't happen in 2021, then yes, we've all been taken.
