Regarding how others use GlucoDown... tea mix...both hot and cold...I love and use product daily..would love to learn how others who use the product vary it’s use..other than just straight tea as directed.
for example..on hot afternoons here in Texas I use the peach tea mix with low calorie sprite or sometimes with instant peach tea bags brewed for 5 min ...and then added GlucoDown peach tea powder to taste
Also, have added the Bluberry tea mix..usually a small tea spoon or 3 or 4 of the little scoops and almond milk and couple cubes of ice...blended for few seconds...great blueberry shake that’s low in calories...under 50. If one uses the 30 calorie almond milk..
