Transfer of Bancorp shares


Please take this letter as instructions to transfer shares in Bancorp International Group held in my name on certificate XXXX.


1. Transfer 725,000 (seven hundred and twenty five thousand) to Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx - Social security number XXX-XX-XXXX Of XXE XXth Street, Xxx Xxxx, XX XXXXX USA. The new certificate should be sentto Mr Xxxxxx at the address given.

2. Transfer the remaining 700,000 (seven hundred thousand shares) to Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx X.X. clo Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx XXXXX Xxx. Kxxxxxxxxxxx XX, XXXX Vaduz, Liechtenstein. The new certificate shoud be sent to that address.

The signature etc on the back of the certificate has been witnessed and authorised and recorded by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx an official Notary of the state of France, who is appointed by the state to conduct such sales, transfers and other financial transaction and so should satisfy the requirement of SEC rule
