Here is what the Application for Final Decree means.

An Application for Final Decree is filed after the estate has been fully administered in a Chapter 11 reorganization case to request entry of an order closing the case. The application should provide statistical information demonstrating the administration of the estate in accordance with the confirmed plan, in an effort to “substantially” consummate the confirmed plan.

I believe these documents were filed several days ago. That final status report is what was expected to be put out on the 15th. I think we will have news very soon.
