TGGI = The company chosen for Zuixangui/ZuaiXianGui International Holdings, to gain access to the U.S. markets/eventually get listed on the NASDAQ

~JAN2020: TGGI’s website transggi.com (per their Twitter handle) started (and currently still does) redirecting to a Chinese gambling website. There was a lot of speculation that this is where the company was headed but the website that transggi.com redirects to almost certainly IS NOT related to TGGI or it’s current trajectory. I’m almost certain what happened was once TGGI exchanged hands, the domain for transggi.com was never renewed and subsequently bought by this random online Chinese gambling company that has nothing to do with TGGI.

Several things to note here:
1. The address in the report shows Unit 5B Block 5 Zhonghai Rihui Terrance, Bantian Street, Shenzhen 518000 China and phone # [phone]

(Note this address is different than what the main SEC page has for the ticker (needs to be updated by SEC). The address is reflected correctly under Company Profile on otcmarkets.com.)

2. The Total shares outstanding = 8,665,578,306 and the Number of shares in the Public Float = 665,578,306. There is speculation that there is a typo here, Chen Ren is buying back many of the shares and they’ll be retired, etc. No one really knows at this point.

3. “Securities Counsel” lists Scott C. Kline of Kline Law Group at 15615 Alton Parkway, Suite 450, Irvine, CA 92618

They seem to have two different websites: https://www.klinelg.com/ and https://klinelawgroup.com both have the same address (i.e. same law firm) in the “About Us” sections. If you go to the “Areas Of Practice” tab in the first link, you can see that almost all of Mr. Kline’s experience deals with up-listing Chinese companies to the NASDAQ (Remember this)

This looks to be a broader app beyond the wine aspect of Zuixiangui but it’s still under the TGGI umbrella
