It's interesting you should bring up a GM-CSF mediator, like Lenzulimab, in this forum. You do know that CCR5 controls much of the downstream biology including GM-CSF, don't you? Leromlimab > Lenzulimab.

I realize that leronlimab might have some GM-CSF lowering qualities. It probably accounts for the small benefit that it showed in trials. But it's not going to be as effective at stopping GM-CSF as a GM-CSF inhibitor like HGEN's lenzilumab. GM-CSF inhibition is lenz's MoA.
