I also live in Florida (Fort Lauderdale) and would have to agree somewhat. One of my companies does logistics and I've moved more people to Florida last and this year than ever before.

The more people come the more prices will continue to rise or at least stay the same. Even with all that I don't think any market is safe. I sold most of my properties for top dollar in the last 10 months.

Income is not in conjunction with property increases and that's one of many things. People are buying homes they can not afford.

I'm 36 and feel like the crash and burn we are about to see this year will go down in the history books and will be the worst in my lifetime. It will takes many years to recover.

Not to mention interest rates will go back up and that alone will lower the cost of housing. Too many negatives in the mix.

Wish I was wrong but don't see a bright future for this country for at least the next 10 years.
