For whatever reason (unknown to me or any of us) the company has made the decision to not make any public statements regarding the merger/ticker event. The vast majority of us, myself included, isn’t happy with the decision but alas it’s our reality.

I, along with others, have voiced concerns both publicly and privately to management with no successful outcome. At this point, beating up the stock publicly doesn’t help and given their steadfast approach to no public communication without a major material event, I don’t see any of us changing their minds.

I will continue to communicate (even one way is better than no way) with them privately and express my frustration but to continually do it publicly when it’s been stated they have stopped following the board is pointless.
