I really don't know, but the America I grew up has changed so much That I suspect the victim will be guily of insighting a riot, & collect several yrs in the big house and ole Joe & Raj will be given medals of honor for preforming such an unbelievable scam......Although I took to the cleaners, I have to give them credit they were slick as snot on a door handle-----they were really good at what they did.
