This is NOT a reverse split, it is a buyout wherein SIML investors are going to loose about 98% of their investment minimum! This should not be allowed. Just a plain RS would be more equitable than this stock exchange pos! At least then the sp would be determined organically, not by a take it or leave it transaction!
