The maneuver is to delay, it's very apparent in their PR and tweets that have zero follow through, to let each day pass and each day closer to their Shares being unrestricted, plain and simple, coulda been the plan from Day 1, what's 4 years when you could collect 6 or 7 figures, I'd wait for it too, they just Scumbags and that's my opinion!
