What if $PLUG were to ultimately land MSFT as a tier one customer, and maybe thereafter secure MSFT representation on the $PLUG BOD? How would that feel? I know how I would react.

I see the SK/BOD announcement today as a *MAJOR* step in the right direction, and one that may pave the way for future significant improvements both at the corporate governance and operational level. There's no turning back the clock once this BOD change is fully up and running.

What do you think the chances are that BlackRock, Vanguard and/or other major institutional shareholders had a significant hand in pushing for this change? I think the chances are high, plus SK Group has watched the recent theatrics and must be appalled on some level with the junior varsity antics, and I believe applied major pressure for positive change. i have no first hand knowledge of any of this, this is pure guesswork but it adds up from my bleacher seats.

I feel a heck of a lot better about $PLUG now than I did 24 hours ago. We may look back and view this as the first material step towards a major overhaul to the $PLUG leadership team and the operational improvements that would follow. $PLUG leadership and functional teams needs division one athletes for the next phase of "major league" growth and execution many of us believe is coming.
