Scams vs Audited Financials????

This company is now preparing the 3rd year of audited financials. Why pay all that extra money for audits if you're just scamming?

Can someone please name a company that was a scam--or convicted of a scam--that published audited reports?

I'm disappointed as hell in where we are, but that's a long way from being a scam.

One point I don't understand, though, is that we're almost done with Q1 2121 and if things are going well why can't the company publicly comment on that and say it is progressing along the lines of Grieco's 2021 earlier guidance for at least $10 million in 2021????
