The address they are using for the new company contact information is 3331 N 35TH Ave, Phoenix?, AZ, 85017. That location is actually the executive and principal office of AZ Custom Bottled Water LLC. I think it is no coincidence at all. Looks like it may be one of their first acquisitions. From the looks of it they bought it from the principals that are listed in Arizona under the LLC name. Took a chance and went to the NV SOS site and there is a new LLC filed by Kathryn Gavin in Nevada as AZ Custom Bottled Water LLC. Was formed in October 2020. Matches with the fact she moved to Scottsdale last summer to focus on commercial water and ice manufacturing, production, and sale.

Will be in Phoenix this weekend visiting my son and family. Going to stop by and get pictures of the location and try and meet the operational team to pick their brains.
