I remember it as BBB Lazer were getting the faxes themselves - it was Lazers fax machine and # - I remember him posting on running out of paper, and then Yes, they took these faxes to Dial for the meeting when the NDA was signed and shortly before after Dial came out with some BS about poison pills to avoid possible control groups and or takeovers. But yes for SURE Jim Dial saw and read and possibley copied or still has copies of the faxes.

From the VERY beginning I voiced my concern over this endeavor. A faxed share count does no one any good - unless it is used for no good - BBB Lazr cant take those faxes and make a control group from them - we would have to sign over voting rights and ajoin the shares thru a contract of sorts into a control group for them to be used for good - however as stated they have opp to be used for shorts looking for shares - I AM NOT SAYING BBB LAZR DID THIS - I am saying they could have let these get into wrong hands and it could be used for NO good. It was not a good idea - now if they made up a true control group for us to sign over voting power of shares to them I would sign up and send them my votes under legit legal method - however faxing over statements to someone you dont know is risky for a number of reasons....
