USRM is CASH BROKE and they have no clinics left PER COURT FILINGS and now Yelp showing Weston CLOSED and OUT OF BUSINESS (the last of the three they had left in Weston and court filings confirm their physician QUIT and she was providing the medical license for said "clinics" !) the last SEC filing they ever made in 2019 (2 years ago) showed the one PARTIAL owned micro clinic they did "own" (Weston FL) TOOK A MAJOR LOSS and produced ZERO revenues any longer = REALITY and NOT illusion !!!
