Yeah, I just took by bags and went home. I'm holding others through this bear market but I've been ignoring the red flags too long on this one. Good luck to all feel free to laugh if there is a pop on some PR.

I should have sold at the amendment and just went home :) Company progress doesn't matter if they're going to screw over the regular shareholders with AS increase or an RS. This management aligns too well with typical penny stock piggy banks and not a "hidden gem".
