$ETFM Has filed an 8K concerning a LOI signed with SmartGuard Energy.
This entity was used to push a scam business around a failed engine type with ties to China awhile back. I don't know if it has changed hands since then and is going legit. SS is 10b/5.4b they are Pink/current
