Also, imagine wanting to oust the CEO that owns 25% of the company. Yeah, great plan bud! I'm sure he won't be upset about that and use his shares as revenge.

Yeah ok, so bring on someone with ZERO stake in the company. I'm sure he'll have more incentive to get the PPS up than the guy who owns 250 million common shares.
